New module added in CAPRA: patch-chains connects broken chains.

    Feb 2004
You can now run our side-chain modeling system with your own PDB of C-alpha chains, using LOOKUP and post-processing routines.

    Jan 2004
Our TRACER program now runs much faster, from ~10 mins to a few seconds! You should be receiving CAPRA emails noticeably quicker.

    Jan 2004
Our database search for density patterns similar to those in the unsolved map now uses a probabilisic distance measure instead of weighted Euclidean.

    Dec 2003
Sequence Alignment in TEXTALTM now uses a two-pass scheme. In the first pass, it will only align chains that it has confidence in the alignment. The second pass then aligns the unmatched true sequences with the remaining sequences, regardless of the score.

    Nov 2003
You have the option of running UNIMOL, a program that removes redundant symmetry copies of chains.

    June 2003
